A few things to know before your dog's appointment.

• Booking

  Book online any time, or call or text. Your spot is held as soon as the booking goes through.

• Payment

  Traci takes Venmo, plus any other methods she accepts (cash, card).

• Cancelling or rescheduling

  How much notice Traci needs, and whether there's a fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

• Running late

  How late someone can be before the appointment is shortened or rescheduled.

• Matted coats

  Whether heavy matting costs extra or means a shave-down instead of a styled cut.

• Health and vaccines

  Which vaccines are required, and what to do if your dog is sick or has fleas.
